Kathy Dusty Brown Dead
Kathy Dusty Brown, aka Kathy Charlene Lyons, died on Monday, November, 21, 2011 at She became very sick due to Cirrhosis of the liver then went in to a coma." Other people who knew Kathy in her final years describe her as being "like a second mom" to them, and they were truly saddened by her death. There was a private ceremony for Kathy on Friday, November 26, 2011. She was just 54 years old. She is originally from Ada, Oklahoma. Her parents were Katherine Jackson and Charles Jackson.

it is sad to say, but this for the best. Anyone who conspires to have their spouse killed for military benefits is disgusting! I know it is not polite to speak ill of the dead, but Dusty didn't seem to have any problem in doing so. It saddens me, to see that Christi has fallen into the law-breaking pattern. I know her grandparents tried to give her the best of what they could.
I am trying to track trends. Would you guys mind telling me where you watched this movie today? Was it Lifetime or in the UK?
I can't even feel remotely sorry for her which is bad because I'm usually sympathetic for the dead no matter what they did in life.

Just watched this movie on Lifetime..for the umteenth time...
It is sad when anyone passes away but this woman brought so much grief into so many lives and her daughter's life I'm sure reflects it all...
Maybe Chris can truely RIP now!

Watching the movie again..seen it so many times...it's both a heartbreaker and a shock, not just that she would kill for insurance money, but how that poor little girl was raised for the years they had her...I hope her lives turns out better..she truely deserves it!
I am watching the movie right now. So sad, and still sad she didn't care to admitt what she did. I hope in life she got some kind of help, and told the truth to someone. I want to say may she rest in peace, but if she didn't get it right with God regardless of what she did and who cares, she wont Rest in Peace!!!!! Only God can REALLY judge her now......

P.S. I am surprised there has not been a re-enactment on "Deadly Women" about this. I think it would be interesting to hear Candace DeLong's comment about this case.

They say cirrhosis is a painful death. Perhaps almost as painful as being beaten by a person almost a hundred pounds heavier and being stabbed over two dozen times as her husband was by the apes she put up to his murder.

I just watched the movie with my partner and it left us pretty emotional.
Such a sad story, I’ve been surfing the Net trying to find the real story and what happened afterwards.
It’s a bit sketchy but from what I’ve read so far isn’t the happy ending I was hoping for. I know this thread is old now but cheers from Melbourne Victoria Australia. 😁

I also feel extremely bad for her family however god bless them they gave their granddaughter a loving home. and thats what their son would have wanted. kudos to them.
